Max Reyes is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who acquired his degree from The University of Dayton, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wright State University. Max uses a humanistic and holistic approach towards counseling and integrating several modalities to help promote treatment for each client. He used a Client-Center (Rogerian Approach) with Motivational Interviewing influences, while incorporating behavioral techniques to provide a unique treatment approach. Max is TF-CBT (Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) trained, plus uses basic CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approaches, DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) skills trained, and uses ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help clients overcome challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, attention deficit/hyperactivity, self-esteem/self-image, couples and marriage, and family dynamics. Max has experience working with children and adolescents, adults, and elderly. Max drives to work with each client to help promote their full potential while furthering their goals and aspirations with each session. He prides himself in establishing a safe, ethical, welcoming environment to help expand opportunities for quality therapy for therapeutic success.
