Gary Weiler is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.  Gary has been in the field of counseling for over 20 years.  He has worked in school-based, mental health and substance abuse outpatient and criminal justice facilities.  His work is primarily with individuals and families.  He has specific training and experience working with an adolescent population and extensive proficiency working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities and sexual orientations.  His therapeutic approach includes Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  He believes in establishing a warm, non-judgmental and trusting therapeutic relationship with his clients, always understanding the client is the expert in his or her self.  His goal is to collaborate with his client to assist him or her in facilitating personal, emotional and spiritual growth. 

Areas of Focus: Adolescents, adults, families and psycho-educational groups.  Self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideations, eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety and mood disorders.
