Christa Redden is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has experience in group and individual counseling. Her prior work experience in community mental health and educational settings enhances her counseling work with clients and their families. She enjoys working with youth and adults from diverse populations. Christa believes that the therapeutic relationship is most beneficial when built on trust, empathy, and compassion in a non-judgmental space. Christa works from strength-based and person-centered approaches, empowering her clients to work through struggles including mental disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and substance abuse related problems. While implementing various evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques; Christa helps her clients reach goals, build self-awareness and self-acceptance, solve problems, and live healthier lives.
